3. Pricing and Payments
3.1. Pricing for our products and services varies depending on factors such as fabric type, customization requirements, order volume, and delivery location.
3.2. Clients will receive a detailed quotation outlining all costs, including taxes, shipping fees, and any applicable surcharges, prior to finalizing the order.
3.3. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order confirmation, with the balance payable upon completion of production or delivery.
3.4. Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
3.5. Late payments may incur additional fees, and repeated delays may result in the suspension of services.
4. Order Process and Requirements
4.1. Clients must provide accurate and complete details regarding fabric specifications, dimensions, quantities, and any special instructions when placing an order.
4.2. All orders are subject to availability. In cases where certain materials are unavailable, we will notify the client promptly and suggest alternatives.
4.3. Once an order is confirmed, changes to the specifications or quantities may incur additional costs and impact the delivery timeline.
4.4. Production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may result in delays, which will be promptly communicated to the client.
5. Quality Assurance and Warranties
5.1. We are committed to providing textiles of the highest quality, adhering to industry standards and client expectations.
5.2. All products undergo stringent quality checks before dispatch. However, minor variations in color, texture, or measurements may occur due to the nature of the materials and production processes.
5.3. Clients must inspect delivered goods upon receipt and report any defects or discrepancies within 7 days.
5.4. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not extend to issues arising from improper use, maintenance, or external factors such as exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme conditions.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. We offer both domestic and international shipping services, with costs and timelines varying based on the destination and shipping method.
6.2. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at the time of order confirmation. While we make every effort to meet these deadlines, delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance or transportation issues are beyond our control.
6.3. Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be charged to the client.
6.4. Risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the client upon dispatch. Clients are encouraged to purchase insurance for valuable shipments.
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1. Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
7.2. For standard products, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
7.3. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Orders canceled after this period may be subject to cancellation fees.
7.4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items or cancellation confirmation.
8. Client Responsibilities
8.1. Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate instructions regarding their orders.
8.2. Proper care and maintenance of textiles, as outlined in the product care instructions, are essential to ensure their longevity and performance.
8.3. Any misuse, unauthorized alterations, or failure to follow care guidelines will void warranties and limit liability on our part.

9.2. Any client-provided designs or logos must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance.
9.3. Custom designs created specifically for clients may be subject to additional charges and usage restrictions, which will be outlined in the agreement.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
10.1. We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
10.2. Personal and business data collected during the order process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and improving customer experience.

11. Force Majeure
